It is perfectly situated for all the amenities Sheringham has to offer, whilst offering a haven to escape back to, perhaps enjoy an aperitif in the secluded garden or read a book in the comfortable lounge.
Ground floor: Lounge; with Smart TV and DVD player. Separate dining room. Kitchen: with gas hob and electric double oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.
First floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. 1 Family Bathroom, with shower attachment over bath and separate additional WC.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.
Please note: Bed linen provided, please bring own towels. Wifi. Travel cot and high chair available. Regret no pets. Location: beach 350 metres, pubs and shops a 3-minute stroll. No parking at property. £100.00 refundable security deposit required upon booking.
