We really enjoyed our Christmas break here. The view is lovely especially when cold and wet outside. You donât feel like youâre missing out by staying indoors as you can see the sea from the window. Nice place to relax, walk and explore. We love Sheringham and the North Norfolk coast itâs just perfect for a week away. Had a few meals out, we got the train to Norwich so we were able to enjoy cocktails celebrating our Daughters 21st birthday and no need to drive anywhere. The double bed was too hard for me but thatâs just preference nothing to do with the standard. Iâm told I should have slept in the twin room as the beds were super soft in there. We would definitely go back and wouldnât hesitate too recommend too anybody.

The property is in a pleasant quiet area but there are lots of people walking by on their way to swim or walk, so always something to look at. The property is very clean and offered everything we wanted and more besides. Thank you very much.
