The kitchen opens out on to a charming enclosed garden, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee whilst planning your activities for the days ahead or to dine alfresco. Just 400 yards from the door is the fantastic award-winning sandy beach, perfect for all the family to enjoy. Dogs are welcome all year round, with a small section restricted during the summer months to allow for the various active watercraft. For the adventurous, jet skis can be hired from the beach. With fantastic walking and cycling, the famous Norfolk Broads, and several other beaches, there really is plenty to do all year round.
