Fabulous, newly refurbished, contemporary barn conversion with use of owner's hot tub.
This detached barn conversion has been delightfully furnished and is situated within close proximity to the coast. The use of a hot tub will be an added attraction. Roughton village has an excellent selection of walks in the area and great facilities including a good pub, shop and an award winning fish and chip shop.

Overall the cottage was great, it had everything we needed and was well located. We were disappointed with the level of cleanliness when we arrived, I had to run over both bathrooms before we would use them, and we also had to wash all glasses, crockery, cutlery and pots and pans as they were visibly dirty with old food stuck to them. I appreciate that the kitchen items may have been left like this by previous guests but the cleaners should check this before new guests arrive. We also tried to use the vacuum cleaner during the week to find that the filter was completely blocked and it wouldn't pick up anything. We had to it clean the filter and it was solid with muck that needed to be picked off, clearly it hadn't been emptied for a long time. After this the vacuum was much more effective! Despite the cleanliness issue, we had a lovely time and recommend the cottage, we just hope these little issues can be sorted for future guests.

Generally very good property. Issue with the spiral staircase which was very difficult to negotiate. Very narrow with small treads.

Fantastic location, within a short drive to brilliant dog friendly foodie places, beach and the Broads. The hot tub was a real treat and the accommodation really comfy. Will be back.
