The main bedrooms were large and there were two excellent showers. The conservatory benefited from sun all day. The utility room had excellent facilities. There was off road parking for our three cars. The owner was extremely helpful.

Once inside we found sweet wrappers on the worktop. We took out plates ect we were going to use as inside cupbords was not clean. 1 large saucepan and 2 small not enough for a family of 7 also fridge a bit small and freezer a joke just about get 1 loaf of bread and tub of ice cream in.Dishwasher takes a long time and does not always clean pots.3 seater setee not usable full of dents seen it reported 2021 and conservatry smells of stale cigerettes when it is listed as a no smoking household. All stairs creak loudly which made impossible to go to bed and not wake children.Toilet door at top of stairs won't lock from inside and the toilet is an art to flush. The tv in the photos has changed for one that is about 20 years old and no dvd player.I do not like the information book that tells you to stagger showers or the water goes cold. The downstair so called double bedroom is a box room with a double bed that just fits and a rack at the bottom with a few coat hangers hadly enough for 2 people for 2 weeks. The appilances and furniture are run down and need replacing.
