Lowestoft is a quiet seaside town with lovely beaches. The house was perfect for us, it was spacious with all the facilities a family needs. It is a place with a lot of character and nice facilities like the bath tub in the main bedroom, the deluge shower and a great kitchen diner. Everything we needed was available and it is just a short walk to the seafront. There are also a number of shops and restaurants just a short drive away.

The games room kept our granddaughter occupied when we were not out and about, there were loads of games for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped. The spa bath was also very popular with my granddaughter and son in law. The large walk in shower was great too, Parking by the house was not an issue. We’ve been to Pakefield many times and from this property we found new parts there was a lovely park, with a great cafe and a pedestrian walk into Lowestoft which were both just across the road. Access to the beach was good too. We didn’t have any problems with the property and the owner was very helpful.

Get location near beach which our dog loved. Only criticism is 2nd double bed is really uncomfortable, you could feel the springs! And a hand towel each would have been useful rather than just one towel each. Would definitely recommend, great location for exploring Suffolk/Norfolk.
