The cottage is well equipped and pleasant, beds comfortable, but the rooms are smaller than the photos make it appear, and we cannot imagine how 6 adults and a child would survive a stay comfortably - two settees , each for two people and a small armchair in sitting room for example. Sitting room was fine for us as 3 people who were out all day. Seat cushions on the very beautiful dining chairs would be helpful. You said nothing in the publicity about the fact that the door heights are all very low and the stairs very steep. I would expect that to be explained. I am 5ft 9" and was liable to hit my head on the frame of all the doors bar two. My husband is 6 foot, and our adult son is 6 foot 4". It was not the cottage for us, and quite dangerous to heads. I think this is a very bad omission from the cottage description. There was a good explanation of the parking options left in the cotttage [by the owners, I suspect], but you wrongly told us that it was possible to park in front of the cottage - it isn't. Roadside parking wasn't far away, so not a big problem for us, but might be for others. It isn't a particularly quiet lane either. You wrongly told us that the keyholder for first contact was a cleaning company. When I phoned them to report a possible minor fault on the TV that needed looking at before the next let, they told us that they no longer had the key, or any responsibility for the cottage. I emailed your customer service about the TV. Also it would be helpful to synchronise the information in the cottage with your info" - the info' in the cottage was more helpful e.g on bin day and parking. Your directions about how to get there were helpful. We enjoyed being in Norfolk, and the owners have obviously made a big effort to update the cottage, and gave us plenty of information once there, but the low height of the many doors is a major hazard that must be in the description you give and we were disappointed that the cottage did not have a bit more space, having booked a cotttage said to be for 6 adults and a child .

Beautiful house in a lovely village which is actually quite lively. The locals are lovely and we enjoyed the pub over the road. We also did some trips down the coast and very much enjoyed Burnham Market, Wells, and even went as far as Cromer to try the famous Cromer crab which didn't disappoint.

Fantastic house, great location with all of Norfolk to explore on your door step. We done a boat trip on the broads and the kids loved it. We cant wait to return. Thanks.
