With Scandinavian style open plan accommodation on the ground floor complete with wood burner and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor, the property is spacious, charming and cosy. There is a rear garden with table, chairs and a bench at the front of the property where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee and enjoy the view.
For those who enjoy walking Little Barningham is a great location. There are plenty of quiet country lanes and footpaths near by, if you walk to neighbouring Edgefield there is a popular local pub serving great meals. The diverse coastline of northern Norfolk is a short car ride away. Visit traditional seaside towns at Wells-next-the-Sea and Cromer where you can stroll along the pier and enjoy an ice cream, together with beautiful beaches for sandcastle building, or for the brave book a lesson at the surf school.

Such a fab holiday had here. The property had everything we needed and more. The local areas of Holt, Sheringham, Cromer were great for walks, and The Pigs at Edgefield was great for dinner! Couldnt have asked for a better base to explore North Norfolk.

Such a great start to the new year, we were so pleased to have found this beautiful home and couldn't have asked for a better week here. The local area is peaceful and quiet yet close to the hussle and bustle of near by towns. We enjoyed a great Chinese from Holt so i would give that ago if you visit Holt. - We also loved shopping in holt too. Will certainly be back. Thank you!

Wow what a fabulous home. We have made great memories here with the kids and will treasure this forever. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for a great stay. The layout of the house is brilliant and works great with the kids. We especially liked Holt, Sheringham and Cromer for shops, restaurants and walks.
