The property is in an excellent location for Holt, and is very comfortable with all that would need for your stay.

The cottage was extremely well located within easy walking distance to the Holt Town centre, which we thought a real bonus. All was as advertised, easy to find, all the facilities clean and easy to use. As a base, it was ideal to travel to and take in as many of the Stately Homes and Halls as there was time to visit - and Langham Glass was a real treat. The local Pheasant, periodically including the garden in its wanderings, obviously concurred with our choice as well.

We have stayed at this property before and think it is lovely. It is in a fantastic location. It is wonderful to be able to access all the local restaurants on foot and there is a fantastic variety of places to buy food if you prefer to cook. The conservatory at the property is wonderful and we spent a lot of our time in it. To be able to look out at trees and see wildlife is a real treat for us. The peace and quiet at night is something we don’t get to experience often and we both slept so well. A truly lovely place to stay.
