Stalham 4 miles. This annexe to the owner’s cottage is situated close to the village of Stalham in Norwich, Norfolk. An ideal escape to the country for a couple wishing for peace and quiet in the countryside. There is ample off road parking in front of the cottage and when you enter the property you step into a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The cottage is all on the ground floor and there is a further room which has a comfortable sitting room with a dining table and chairs. There is one double bedroom with a shower room. Outside this lovely cottage there is a small patio with furniture where you can sit and relax with a refreshing drink, whilst planning your days out for the rest of your holiday. Close by there are many fishing, walking, cycling and boating opportunities together with magnificent nature reserves. Further afield is the town of Wroxham and the city of Norwich together with many more towns and small villages along the coastline.
The market town of Stalham, with its well-stocked high street with a good range of shops and eateries, is a typical North Norfolk town. There is a small market which comes to the town on Tuesdays and a farmers market on every other Saturday, as well as regular sales in the town hall. Stalham is one of the major starting points of Norfolk Broads boating holidays and a museum to give you an insight in to the Broadland environment is a must.
