Primrose Barn forms one of four beautiful and intimate barn conversions set in wonderful picturesque grounds of just under three acres at the 17th Century White Horse Farm. The barns offer luxury, beauty and tranquility in the peaceful village of Gunthorpe, just 20 minutes from the bustling North Norfolk coast, 2.5 miles from the Thursford Christmas show and 7 miles from the charming market town of Holt.

At all the barns you can expect the extra luxury touch of 600 thread count Egyptian cotton linen, White Company toiletries, fluffy towels and welcome goodies. You have access to the lovely grounds, including a grass tennis court and Louisa's beautiful kitchen garden - if you wish she can prepare delicious food for you to enjoy in the privacy of your own space. Why go out to dinner, when you can say in?

Primrose is an exemplary space for couples, it is semi detached with Walnut Barn next door. There is a beautiful open plan living space where you can cook, dine and relax, with exposed trusses and a lovely wood burning stove. The living and dining area is extensive for a one bedroom property, and were you to consider booking more of the barns for a larger group, Primrose would be the obvious choice to join together for drinks or dinner whilst on holiday. The beautiful bedroom boasts a super king size bed and en suite shower room. To the front of the barn is a private garden space (soon to be enclosed with a fence - enquire for completion date) with table and chairs.

One medium sized dog is welcome, two dogs may be okay by arrangement (very large dogs are not usually suitable for the barns) Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the farm and never left in the barn alone at any time.

White Horse Farm Barns are ideal if you are looking for private spaces for a larger group, the barns could be let together, sleeping up to ten guests.

This beautiful room boasts exposed trusses and beams and a charming Provencal feel. There is a large comfortable sofa, large low coffee table, wicker arm chair, LCD Flat screen 32" TV with freesat & dvd/video, a decent stereo and a wonderful wood burning stove with wood supplied.
French doors to the front of the property.
Kitchen / Diner:
Well equipped kitchen with integrated electric oven, hob and grill, dishwasher, Smeg fridge/freezer, Welsh dresser, sink, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Large dining table with bench seating to one side and three chairs to the other, this table could comfortably seat 8 people (10 at a push!).
French doors out to the garden to the front.
Super King Size Bedroom:
Lovely room with super king size bed, bedside tables and lamps, beautiful free standing mirror, arm chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
En Suite Shower Room:
Stylish room with large walk in shower enclosure, power shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Outside:
There is private off road parking for Primrose Barn.
Primrose has the most private garden area of the four barns to the front of the barn, behind the communal walled garden. You have your own bistro table and two chairs to the front of the barn. Coming soon - the garden will be fully fenced in 2016 to provide an enclosed private area for pets and guests.
You can also choose to relax in the intimate walled garden where there are further tables and chairs or the lovely lawned quadrangle around which the other barns are arranged. You can explore Louisa's traditional kitchen garden, play tennis on the grass court and have free range over the grounds of the farm, along with fantastic walks on the doorstep.
Don't forget that you can enjoy Louisa's famous cooking in the privacy of Primrose Barn, she can prepare dinner and serve it hot from her Aga to your dinner table (enquire when booking).
If you are bringing your pet, do be aware that you will be meeting Ella, the lovely labrador who lives at White Horse Farm.
