Westfields is a fantastically located, spacious and well-presented property offering superb views towards Oxwich Bay. Set in large gardens the front of the home has a large patio area giving the visitor a beautiful place to sit and relax at the end of the day.

Behind Westfields is Cefn Bryn - a ridge that runs through the heart of Gower offering walkers beautiful 360 degree views towards North Devon to the south, and towards the Black Mountains in the north. There are several beautiful beaches nearby but one of the closest is Oxwich Bay which offers a beautiful sandy beach, watersports, beachside restaurant and a castle, which can be reached by car in approximately 5 mins. The popular falconry and Archery centre at Perriswood is just a few hundred metres away.

Reception: One 2-seat sofa, one 3-seat sofa and 2 armchairs that face towards Oxwich, flatscreen TV/DVD player, CD player and woodburner (the woodburner is not for visitor use).

Kitchen (with utility off): Fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, larder fridge and microwave. The utility room also has a fridge/freezer.

Dining Room: Table and chairs for 6.

Shower Room: WC, wash hand basin and shower cubicle.

First Floor

Master Bedroom: Double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and views towards Oxwich.

Bedroom 2: Double aspect bedroom, 2 x single beds with hanging space and dressing table.

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds and storage space.

Family Bathroom: Bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.

External: The front of the house has a large patio area with picnic bench and sea views, a lawned area and parking for 3 cars. To the rear there is a further lawned area with views looking towards Cefn Bryn.
