Midsummer Cottage is set in a quiet lane at the top of a hill in a truly peaceful location. There are superb views across Cley marshes to the sea and Blakeney Point. The cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard and  its pretty garden and conservatory are a peaceful setting for a relaxing drink at the end of the day. Cley makes an ideal base from which to explore this beautiful area of North Norfolk. Shop/Pub: 0.25 miles

Ground Floor:

Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine

Sitting/Dining Room attractively  furnished with comfortable seating, TV with Freesat, DVD player, CD hi-fi, table and chairs and woodburner

Conservatory with table and chairs

Cloakroom with washbasin and wc

First Floor:

Bedroom 1 with a double bed

Bedroom 2 with twin beds

Bathroom with bath, washbasin and wc

Garden: Secure garden with lawn and flower borders.

Parking: For two cars on driveway - access over shared driveway.

Heating: G.F.C.H. and convector heaters included May-Sept and £25 per week Oct-Apr, payable on booking. First basket of logs provided for woodburner.

Also Provided: Telephone for incoming calls only. Stairgate. Books, games and DVDs.

Extras: Towels may be hired at £5 per person per week, payable on booking.

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. There is a shared right of way along the driveway with the neighbouring property.

The village of Cley lies in a wonderful position on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. The main street winds its way past pretty flint cottages and houses, with Cley windmill being one of Norfolk's best known landmarks. There is excellent bird watching at Cley Marshes and also at nearby Blakeney Point. There is a very good delicatessen, smokery, pottery, gallery, bookshop, a restaurant and two pubs, which serve meals, in the village with further shopping and dining facilities available in the pleasant town of Holt just four miles away.
