Point Farm Barn ticked all the right boxes for us. The location is very quiet and private which means there is an abundance of wildlife to see on the walks around the property. Marsh Harriers, Hares, deer and many warblers can be seen alongside the dykes and the highlight was watching an otter playing in a dyke for at least 20 minutes. There are two pubs within 5 minutes drive and the White Hart is highly recommended. It gets very busy so it is advisable to book. Wroxham and Horning are only 10 minutes away for river trips and access to the Broads.

Fantastic accommodation. Beautifully presented and with more than ample high quality equipment. We saw an abundance of wildlife and enjoyed the tranquility of the position of the barn, although the local villages were within easy walking/cycling distance. Great place to come back to after exploring the local area. A home from home.

Spacious barn conversion. Well equipped and good position to explore the Broads or East Coast. Nice peaceful walks from the property.
