From here you can access the lawned front garden where you can plan your day over a morning coffee. This cottage offers an excellent base for exploring this delightful countryside. Note: This property is next door to Ref. 29465, together they sleep 8.

A small village on the border of Norfolk and Cambridgeshire; Welney sits on the edge of The Fens with an attractive local pub. The area surrounding Welney is low lying and is home to the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT) reserve in the Ouse Washes, the winter home of thousands of swans and ducks from northern Europe and the Arctic. Also close by is the rspb reserve at Ouse Washes which has walks across the wet grasslands and the historic city of Ely is just a short drive away. The village of Welney is a wonderful base for a holiday exploring Norfolk!
