The kitchen opens into a large dining conservatory room. The dining room has french doors leading onto a sun terrace, perfect for 'al-fresco' dining. The garden is fully enclosed and 'dog-friendly', and there is also a wonderful summerhouse to relax in should the weather be too hot! There are two double bedrooms, one of which also has a single 'bunk style' bed, and a beautifully fitted bathroom with rainfall shower.

Sutton Cottage is set back from the road and has a large frontage with space for two cars. The driveway is shared with neighbouring Gardener's Cottage, which is also available to book (sleeps 6+1). Subject to availability, larger parties could book both cottages together.
