This traditionally curated character cottage boasts many original features, including a wonderful old inglenook fireplace and exposed beams, which add to the overall charm. Beautifully furnished with antiques and tasteful decoration, this property also features delightful Pamment flooring, which is heated underfloor. The well-equipped kitchen is a cook's dream, hosting a fabulous Rangemaster cooker, and plenty of work top space, making it the ideal space to rustle up a delicious meal made using a plethora of the areas local produce.
A magnificent stripped pine staircase leads to the three bedroom. A stunning ornate antique French walnut double bed features in the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a double bed, and a third bedroom offers two single twin beds. These room are served by a shower room and separate bathroom, each with heated towel rails. The enclosed garden is surrounded by a wall, making it a real suntrap. Mature fruit trees, including mulberry, medlar, peach and apple, plus a herb patch, make this a quaint traditional country garden to be enjoyed. On sunny days, fire up the barbecue when the table and chairs beckon you outside to dine al fresco.
Situated within walking distance (thirty minutes) of the wonderful deserted beach, and the coastal path, Ivy Cottage is in a popular location. The village boasts several excellent places to eat, including The Orange Tree, The Old Coach House and The Lifeboat Inn, all within walking distance. This delightful cottage is a perfect base for a North Norfolk holiday.

Very lucky to be invited by my mum and husband. We have been here before, many years ago and love this cottage. Everything has been thought of. Comfortable beds with colourful bedding, well equipped kitchen, beautiful garden and perfect location. We walked to Hunstanton one day, drove to Wells, used the bus service, which is excellent and finally went to the Deli down the road for coffee and delicious cake. This place is wonderful. Very happy memories made.

Another super holiday in our favourite part of the world! As ever, both cottage, gardens and neighbours all very welcoming. A great week exploring new areas. Our little ones loved crabbing from the sidewalk at Blakeney and we highly recommend the Two Magpies Bakery opposite the quay. We had a very good dinner at the 'Gin Trap' in Ringstead and again visited the wonderful general stores and loaded up the car with lots of beautiful plans to take home. Hope to be back again next year!
