Churchside is a beautifully appointed coastal cottage which has been totally refurbished and professionally styled during 2016. The interiors are simply gorgeous and combine traditional cottage style with modern contemporary furnishings creating a beautifully presented holiday home. There is a wonderful spacious sitting room with views of the church and a stylish well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs there are two fabulous en-suite bedrooms, ideal for couples or families with the choice of zip and link beds or king size.

Churchside is located in the heart of the popular village of Thornham with beautiful coastal walks and a choice of several eateries including The Lifeboat Inn, The Chequers Inn and the award winning Orange Tree.

Accommodation

Entrance hall:
With tiled floor, doors to sitting room and kitchen/diner, stairs to the first floor with wooden handrail.
Sitting room:
A beautifully presented spacious room with original beams to the ceiling, windows to the front and rear and views across to the church. A large corner sofa and leather armchair offers plenty of comfy seating, and there are stylish touches with mirrors, coffee tables and lamps and an electric wood-burning effect stove.There is a TV with freeview, BT sports package and DVD player. A cupboard houses the ironing board, iron and clothes airer.
Kitchen/diner:
A wonderful contemporary kitchen with painted units, ceramic sink with mixer taps, granite work surfaces, built-in electric oven with induction hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a built-in combination microwave. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a stylish table with four chairs and window that overlooks the church garden.
First floor:

Double bedroom:
Master bedroom:
With king size oak bed with side tables, lamps, beams and wall lighting. Another stylish room with a gorgeous large circular mirror and oak double wardrobe with dresser unit and tall boy. Door to en-suite bathroom.
En-suite bathroom:
Bath with mains shower over, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and cabinet. Window to the rear.
King size bedroom:
With king size 'zip and link' which can also be arranged as two single 2ft 6' beds (please advise at time of booking which arrangement is preferred). Bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobe, chest, dressing table with mirror and chair. Large mirror to one wall and window to the front with roman blind. Door to en-suite shower room.
En-suite shower room:
Vanity wash hand basin with mixer tap, walk-in double shower, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside:
Whilst there is no designated off-street parking for Churchside there are no parking restrictions immediately outside, it usually possible to park outside the cottage.
Churchside is located immediately opposite The Orange Tree with a lovely garden, tables and chairs. Churchside does not have it's own private garden, the cottage backs onto the picturesque church with attractive churchyard gardens.
Churchside is just a short walk from the Norfolk coastal path and the Thornham Deli with cafe/restaurant, shop and a children's playground. The Coasthopper bus stop is close by and offers the opportunity for guests to explore the beautiful local countryside.
Please Note:
There are quality mattresses, fluffy towels and hotel quality bed linen and pillows to ensure your stay is extremely comfortable. Some of the duvets and pillows are natural down-filled and some are hypoallergenic offering the choice to guests who may suffer from allergies.
