Pebble Cottage is a pretty Norfolk cottage dating back to the 1600's. It is made from the local carrstone, known traditionally as Honeystone due to its warm colour. The cottage is situated in a quiet residential road in the centre of this popular coastal village. The newly renovated cottage is full of character and charm. The accommodation is deceptively spacious with a large sitting room and big wood burner. Snettisham is home to the rspb bird reserve and the famous Rose and Crown Pub, recently awarded Eastern Dining Pub of the Year and East of England Pub of the Year, so you are assured a good meal.

Newly fitted contemporary style walk in shower, WC and basin. Perfect for coming straight off the beach.

Pretty glass lean to with tiled floor, plants growing inside give a lovely al fresco feel. Long dining table and chairs for 8. Porcelain sink. Door to courtyard garden

Large table with 8 chairs, feature cast iron range wood burner and brick fireplace.
First Floor:

Pretty twin room with bedside table and lamps. Built in wardrobes and mirror.
Bedroom 2:
Double bed with bedside lamps, built in cupboards, mirror.
Bedroom 3:
Double bed with bedside tables and lamps, built in cupboards. Feature wood burner (non functional)
Bedroom 4:
Exciting cosy child’s bedroom (Note restricted head room) with pretty child sized bed and travel cot.
Bedroom 5:

Large room with bath, WC and basin.
Outside:
There is room in the driveway for two cars and parking on the roadway outside. To the rear is a fully enclosed very pretty courtyard garden with established planting. Snettisham beach and bird reserve are a few minutes’ drive away.
