The barn provides a great space for family gatherings with a vast kitchen/dining space incorporating a table that will comfortably seat all twelve guests. Three of the bedrooms are downstairs with the convenience of all five bedrooms having en-suite facilities (one bedroom with en-suite is situated in a separate annexe across the courtyard from the main house). There is a games room with air hockey and table football at the top of the spiral staircase in the main house and a pool table in the annexe offering plenty of entertainment on rainy days. Large windows make you feel as if the outside is inside and, with wonderful open views, you can sit and enjoy the huge Norfolk skies.

The barn has many original features including large exposed 'A' frame vaulted ceilings and exposed brickwork. Geddings Farm Barn is only one and a half miles from the beach at Old Hunstanton.
