Offering accommodation options for four, six or ten guests,The Warren is perfect for family and friends looking for a special and unique hideaway by the beach. Thoughtfully curated, the downstairs comprises of a spacious kitchen well-equipped to cater for dining in, an inviting sitting room featuring a charming wood-burning stove for extra warmth and ambient light, the option of two places to dine in the breakfast area or the dining room, an additional snug with a selection of books, a delightful conservatory with bi-fold doors to the garden, and a fantastic games room with pool table, and table football. Also located on the ground floor, bedroom three with an en-suite bathroom is ideal for less mobile guests, or those who prefer a bit more privacy. Upstairs, three further bedrooms are beautifully presented. The double-aspect master bedroom with en-suite shower room hosts a double bed, and features a Juliet balcony with garden views. A double bed is offered by bedroom two, which also enjoys garden views and benefits from its own en-suite shower room. Fun is at the forefront of bedroom four, as children will love sharing in a sleepover with twin beds and a bunk bed available. These beds are full-size meaning they are also suitable for adults. A further en-suite shower room serves this bedroom. A good-sized family bathroom boasting a free-standing roll top bath, completes this floor. This is the most fabulous house! Large and spacious, beautifully styled, gorgeous garden and just a few minutes’ walk to the golden sandy beach. Our party of three generations had the most wonderful weekend! We've stayed in lots of houses in the area but this one beats them all! We all absolutely loved our stay at The Warren and very much hope to return.

Good location 5 mins from Old Hunstanton golf course and beach. Spacious quiet accommodation with parking. Lovely conservatory and back garden perfect for relaxing indoors or out. Our dog was very happy. Post office nearby for paper and the beach cafe was brilliant for tea, coffee and lovely lunch, plus home-baked dog biscuits. Would make 5 stars with an upgrade to modern duvets and pillows and the fab kitchen would be even better with salt and pepper in the mills. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
