With no passing traffic and the Holme Dunes Nature Reserve a two minute walk , the house is perfect for birdwatchers, walkers and family beach holidays. The owner has recorded over 100 species of bird in the garden including Avocets and Barn Owls. The property welcomes dogs and there are plenty of walks direct from the house. Ebb and Flow has a sunny conservatory and a pretty garden with furniture.

Outside:
The property is approached along an unmade road with speed bumps so not suitable for very low slung sporty numbers! There is parking for three cars to the shingled front area. To the rear is a pretty garden with garden furniture. The garden is genuinely fully secure with new fencing both back and front with a side gate which separates back grass and front shingle - so dogs and kids can be segregated!
The house is in a lovely peaceful position and you really can hear the sea from the garden. Holme Dunes Nature Reserve is a few minutes’ walk and there is access to the bird hide. To walk to the beach will only take 10 minutes. The owner has recorded over 100 species of birds in the garden including Avocets and Barn Owls. There is a good selection of outdoor games including boules and quoits, there is a dartboard and air hockey table in the garage.
