With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the owner's colourful artworks decorating the walls, Holly Barn is an attractive, comfortable and relaxing place to stay. All on one level, with two bedrooms (a double and bunk room), and a conservatory as well as the open-plan living space, couples, friends or a small family will find this a delightful place to stay. With everything available on your doorstep, you don't need to venture too far, but there are so many wonderful things to see and do in this part of North West Norfolk we feel sure you will want to explore, secure in the knowledge you have two private parking spaces available for when you return 'home' afterwards. The charming courtyard garden is a sunny, sheltered spot, where you can enjoy an early morning coffee, spend a quiet afternoon or enjoy drinks before an evening meal or barbecue.
Heacham is an attractive village, with a high street bustling with independent shops, and a perfect base from which to explore the many delights of North West Norfolk.

We have loved our stay at Holly Barn. A great space with everything we needed and a great base to explore the local area. Rideouts Barkery just down the road on the High Street has lots of tasty treats and although we didn’t use it, it was handy to know we could order specific items up to 5pm the day before. With the Tesco just round the corner and Lidl just up the road, everything we’ve needed has been ‘just up the road’. The Lavender Fields are well worth a visit and the farm shop is a dangerous place for foodies. We can recommend the beef stir fry and pre-made Thai green and rogan josh curries. Our favourite days out were at The Sea Life Centre in Hunstanton and Seal Safari on the Wash Monster boat – best pre-booked. We also enjoyed beach visits to many of the local beaches and made Heacham North Beach our ‘home’ beach, enjoying hot dogs and burgers from Sunset Grill, fish and chips from the fish and chip shop (lovely crispy batter) and ice creams from Mikey’s Ice Cream Parlour, just next to the amusement arcades. If you plan to use the local car parks we can highly recommend the Rover Permit that you can buy online for £24 which gives you 7 days parking in Kings Lynn, Heacham and Hunstanton car parks. Thanks.

We've had such an amazing break up here for seven days. Thank you for leaving Holly Barn so clean and for the flowers. I've watered the garden which is so beautiful. What a haven! Love the place!
