About this property
Poppy Cottage is a comfortably furnished terraced cottage which forms part of a conversion of an historic Victorian building. Situated just outside the village of Docking in a rural setting, you will really appreciate the big blue Norfolk skies!
There is a comfortable sitting room with television and period fireplace with electric fire, and a spacious dining kitchen with table and chairs and a television with DVD player. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with en-suite shower room, the second offers a double bed and third offers full-size bunk beds, and a family bathroom.
There is a good-sized fully enclosed garden with paved patio area, ideal for barbecues and sunny days. Docking is well served with a very welcoming pub, a Spar shop, fish and chip shop and a doctor's surgery. The beach at Brancaster, Sandringham Estate, rspb Snettisham and the popular Georgian village of Burnham Market are all just a short drive away.

I am writing on my daughter’s behalf as the cottage was a present for her, her husband and two children. They tell me they can’t speak too highly of the facilities, the cleanliness, the location and the lovely decor and garden. Small touches like pots of flowers by the front door and daffodils inside were a thoughtful touch and the welcome cake and juice. It all made for a terrific holiday.

Well maintained and tastefully decorated. Very comfortable with everything you need. Beautiful garden which is fully enclosed so ideal for dogs and children. Plenty of parking. A little out of the village but not a problem if you have a car. Would recommend.
