The property hosts a well- furnished open-plan living area with plenty of comfy sofas for you to sit, relax and watch a film after a long day exploring, as well as a dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities you need to cook those delicious meals. The cottage boasts three bedrooms, comprising one ground floor adult bunk room, and two double bedrooms, one of which has an added single bed for extra flexibility. The property also has a shower room and a family bathroom. There are plenty of toys and games for the kids to enjoy within the property as well as many activities available in the surrounding area. To the outside, there is a large, secure, enclosed garden for children and dogs to play in, which backs onto woodland, with a patio area and furniture, perfect for some alfresco dining on a warm summers evening. The village is well served with local shops, a garden centre, coffee shops and two pubs or take a short drive to Burnham Market or Kings Lynn, which has a wider range of shopping facilities. A short drive is also Thursford, which is home to the very popular Chirstmas Spectacular. You could even visit the charming coastal villages of Snettisham where you can enjoy a 45 minute deer safari, and Hunstanton is only a short drive where you can spend a lovely day at the beach. Located in a wonderful area with plenty to do, Copper Beeches is the perfect family holiday all year round!

Dersingham is one of the largest villages in the Borough of King's Lynn and West Norfolk. It is situated on the outskirts of the Royal Sandringham Estate with its impressive house, church and gardens which are open to the public, plus nearby are the plant farm, tea rooms and gift shop at Norfolk Lavender, England's premier lavender farm. Dersingham has many local amenities and is served by a Post Office, two supermarkets, a butcher’s shop, newsagents and takeaway outlets. The traditional Norfolk village of Snettisham is nearby characterized by the pretty golden brown houses known locally as "gingerbread houses" due to the colouring of the local iron-rich carr stone used in their construction. The rspb reserves at Snettisham and Titchwell are within easy reach as is the North Norfolk Coast including the family-friendly seaside resort of Hunstanton, well worth a visit. An excellent base for touring North Norfolk and its many delights.
