Lovely cottage in idyllic location - front door opening onto the lawned picturesque churchyard. The village itself is extremely pretty and with its historic connections is also extremely interesting. For those with younger children, and I include in that my 11-year-old daughter, the playground is one of the best we’ve seen. The kids didn’t want to leave at the end of the holiday. I would highly recommend it. The only note I would add for those with children, is there isn’t a garden as such for them to play in, which for us was absolutely fine as we were out every day as there is so much to do in the area. For those with older children or no children the gravel patio at the back is very well maintained and a lovely place to sit.
