The newly renovated Hero Pub and Restaurant is just two minutes walk away and the popular village of Burnham Market is just 2 miles away with popular village green, fabulous boutiques, shops, cafes and restaurants, and of course the acclaimed Hoste Arms.

Accommodation

Entrance hall:
Tiled floor, cupboard with boiler, doors leading through to shower room and sitting room. Stairs to the first floor.

Fireplace with electric log effect burner, two and three seater sofa, armchair, TV with Freesat box, wooden floors and rug. Open to kitchen/diner.
Kitchen/Diner:
Fitted kitchen with a range of units and appliances including electric oven and hob witch cooker hood, free standing 50/50 fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. A window overlooks the patio and garden and French doors lead onto the patio.

With walk-in shower, ornate hand basin, WC, tiled floor and window to the rear.
First floor:

With window to the side, doors lead to the bedrooms and family bathroom.
Master (front) bedroom:
With twin 3ft beds (currently adjacent to form a super king bed). Bedside table with lamp, dressing table with stool. Cot (cot bedding not provided). Window to the front.
Double bedroom (rear):
Twin 3ft beds (currently pushed together to form a Super king), side table with lamp, console table and mirror. Window to the rear has fabulous views of adjoining countryside and distant views of the windmill.
Bunk bedroom:
3ft full size quality bunk beds, double wardrobe with drawer for storage. Window to the rear.
Family bathroom:
Bath with side mixer tap, electric shower over and screen

There is a large sun terrace with table and chairs at the back of the Cottage, steps lead down to the lawn and gazebo. To the rear there are far reaching views of the countryside and windmill in the distance.
Front Garden and Parking:
There is a large shingled driveway providing parking for 3-4 cars. Gated pedestrian access at the side of the cottage leads through to the rear garden.
