About this property

A very comfortable cottage in a great location, only two minutes walk to the North Norfolk coastal path and staithe, offering a wonderful panoramic view over the staithe to the sea from the first floor decked area.

This Grade II listed brick and flint semi-detached cottage dates from 1600 and has been lovingly and sympathetically restored and modernised internally, without losing any of its great charm and character. A very comfortable and well-equipped cottage, with particularly stunning views across the Staithe to the sea and Scolt Head Island from both the garden and the large decked first floor terrace.  There are not too many holiday cottages along the Norfolk Coast that offer a view like this - a most wonderful spot to watch the sun rise and go down at any time of year, and experience the big skies of Norfolk. The best equipped cottage we have ever stayed in. The views at the back are stunning.

We had an absolutely fabulous week at the Cobblestones Cottage in Brancaster Staithe. It was a special anniversary for us celebrating 40 years marriage and our family joined us. I would say the best holiday property we have rented in twenty years visiting North Norfolk. The view is stunning from the bedroom terrace. Thank you for guiding us to this lovely property.

The description was exactly as stated and we weren't disappointed. Excellent for 3 couples and 1 black lab. We would recommend this cottage. Surrounding area was super for walking and cycling.
