There is a small seating area outside looking over the lawns and beyond, it is perfect for a morning coffee or alfresco dining in the evening. Step inside to a cosy, open plan living and kitchen area for all guests to enjoy whatever the time of the year. It is an ideal room to relax in after a day out exploring. Directly off the main living area are two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The holiday park has the benefit of a bar/restaurant on site for you to enjoy as well as beautifully presented well-kept lawns throughout the site. There are beautiful, scenic surroundings with easy access to the River Waveney and Burgh Castle Marina. Just a short drive away you can enjoy the Norfolk coast and the lively resort town of Great Yarmouth with its selection of shops, restaurants and excellent attractions such as the Sealife Centre. With plenty to do on your doorstep and an abundance of places to visit close by, we are sure you will enjoy your time here and want to return again and again.
Burgh Castle is a small village on the River Waveney, close to the seaside town of Great Yarmouth. The village is close to nature reserves and is a good base for birdwatching. Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth offer good days out.

The Chalet was clean and comfortable.

We were also informed that it was Riverside which it wasn't as there was a large fence with barbed wire so had to drive for miles to do some fishing. The chalet was not the cleanest as there were hairs in the bed, dog hairs on the furniture and cobwebs around the chalet. Reps should get to know their clients and help accordingly. Poor service! More interested in bombarding people with emails to get feedback

The kitchen is unhygienic and tired need a refurb. The lounge/diner has a huge sofa The blocks the window and fills the room so you can not move around in set up the table. It is not as the photos. Don't drop anything in the sink plug hole because it is just a pipe with nothing to stop any thingg droping doen it. It feels damp even with good weather. It's a very long way from the carpark and very hard if you have any form of phydical impairment or disability. (The 2 wheel truck provided is not helpfull) Sykes did not help us
