Site Description
These individual waterside properties are located close to an attractively landscaped boatyard set slightly back from the main river. Wroxham, the renowned ‘Capital of The Broads’ is just a short walk away offering you a wealth of shops, excellent amenities and pubs.
Should you wish to add members to your party prior to arrival, you must contact Hoseasons to confirm these changes. If you arrive with extra people the owner will not accept the booking as the Insurance for each property will only cover the advertised maximum occupancy. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
Please call Summercraft 7 days before your holiday to advise arrival time.
Please note;- No more than two dogs are permitted in any property. Please check at time of booking if your accompanying pet is not a Dog.
Iron and ironing boards are available on request at reception.
No fireworks are allowed anywhere on this site.

Moorland is, in our opinion an excellent choice for our type of holiday.The welcome pack was an added bonus.The cost of electricity used was also reasonable and everything was provided and exceptionally clean.We thought that the heating would not be sufficient for such a large building, but it did soon heat up and we found that the upstairs bedrooms became too warm a couple of nights, this was October.

This house is a dream, infact I didn't want to leave. It's stunning. Modern interior, no expense spared on fixtures,fittings and decor. All accessories were of a high quality too.Simply just a fantastic place to stay.so much so we are booked there for next summer already.

All very clean and comfortable. Shower could be more powerful, but a lovely big space to move around in.
