The Cowshed is an attractive, single storey Victorian building next to the owner's Grade II listed, thatched, threshing barn, where there is access to a tennis court in the grounds.  It sits in a quiet, rural location with access to the River Yare and within close proximity of the Southern Broads. Situated in the Yare Valley, Langley is a pretty, rural village set within the Norfolk & Suffolk Broads National Park.  There are numerous nature reserves along the valley and plenty of walks to take, in this beautiful part of south Norfolk.  Steam buffs should visit the Strumpshaw Hall Steam Museum, whilst Pettits Animal Adventure Park and Fritton Lakes all provide great family days out. If you are feeling adventurous cross the river to the pub via the Reedham Chain Ferry, which takes just 3 cars at a time. The coast is within easy reach with the renowned seaside town of Southwold and its famous pier, being within a 20 mile drive and the cathedral City of Norwich, for more cultural pursuits, is only 20 minutes away.
