The welcome goodie pack, cake and home made bread was delicious. Tina and Greg made me feel very welcome even offering to escort me to the local pub if I wanted them to

Tina and Greg are fantastic hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We had an issue with the door handle when we arrived and Greg fixed this immediately. The voltage is so clean, cosy and well maintained. They have thought of everything, with a very lovely welcome basket and some delicious home baked goodies as well. Good location for some lovely walks and also exploring some lovely parts of Norfolk.

Deer cottage is brilliant and in a great location. The basket of goodies was amazing and very welcoming. We visited Oxburgh Estate twice, Banham zoo. Then we had a go at the pingo trail, although everything was under water so a bit of a challenge. But once back at Deer cottage a relaxing soak in the hot tub whilst watching the young deer criss crossing the back field. Just brilliant Thank you
