The modern kitchen/diner is well equipped with underfloor heating and the 2 double bedrooms both have en-suite facilities. This is a luxurious property that provides a great atmosphere for a relaxing holiday. The property is in a designated area of Special Scientific Interest and is on the doorstep of Thetford Forest where there are plenty of cycle tracks and walks to wear you out!Gooderstone Water Gardens and Nature Trail set in 6.5 acres and Oxburgh Hall are close by and the rspb Reserve of Lakenheath Fen is a short drive away. Closer to home is the exhilarating Snetterton Racing Circuit, which hosts many car and motor bike racing events throughout the year and for more cultural pursuits the cities of Norwich and Cambridge are within easy reach.

Miss Ward
We’ve been coming to Remus for the last 10 years, sometimes twice a year. It’s perfect home from home for us where we can relax in peace and also get out and about to explore. Dudley and Rachel are great hosts, so friendly and always around if you need anything. Great location to visit the Broads and lots of coastal resorts. We especially like Wells Next The Sea and Cromer. Highly recommend staying here.

Remus is a beautiful spacious cottage with lots of original features set in lovely rural and peaceful surroundings. The log burner is a stunning feature, this along with the underfloor heating and heated towel rails in the bathrooms kept the cottage warm and cosy. The friendly welcome from the hosts and their dog, generous welcome pack and all the personal touches around the cottage made our stay a little more special. We look forward to returning.
