The owners have have a small farm office in the grounds of the property plus a studio used for music teaching and rehearsals, pilates classes and the occasional concert recital. The grounds are part of a working livestock farm, the owners and other farmers use the tracks and farm vehicles and machinery may pass by the windows from time to time.

The property is clean, comfortable and very accessible for all ages. The woodland walk is very pleasant as is the farm life, sheep and cows. Wildlife was great to see, badgers, muntjac, squirrels. The owners are on hand for every need and the singing and music is delightful to hear on a warm summers evening and not intrusive at all. The use of the tennis courts is a welcome addition and the newly opened community pub in the village is welcoming and provides excellent quality meals. We have visit three times over the years and would definitely visit again.
