In a great location. The only negatives were the lighting in the kitchen & just a few too many ornaments (as we have small children we had to baby proof).

They are as follows (two of which probably only require an update on the laminated sheet) No Microwave .... or could I just not find it? Parking. ... only because despite making attempts not to offend the neighbours, I once had a note left in the vehicle, and a neighbour shot out of her front door to have a go, despite the fact I had carefully placed the vehicle on each occasion in a spot where I was creating the least hinderance, but as the domino effect in front of Rainton created this by blocking the cottages driveway, this could not be helped (maybe ask the neighbour with the black car to be a little more considerate). Unfortunate but not critical. Lastly, due to the rain, I had to dry the clothes in front of the heater in the lounge, It concerns me this may lead to damage through damp to the lovely furnishings, I left a suggestion that maybe at some point, the consideration of an electric dryer (maybe in the outbuilding) might be an option. When travelling, we tend to wash and wear repeatedly to avoid overpacking, so this would have been fab. Overall though, beautiful house, truly well thought out, the wine, flowers and biscuits were an incredibly thoughtful touch. I will be recommending you, and will certainly be in touch on our next visit as your location and comfort level is ideal for us. Thank you

Everything was great, especially the kitchen. Only issue was difficulty in drying washing if the weather is bad.
