Across the split-level landing area is the large kitchen/dining room, where you can get together for a home-cooked meal and chat about your plans for the days to come. You can sit on the cushioned window seat with a hot beverage to kick off your morning and take in the pleasant views over the street. Move through to the sitting room and make the most of your own time, curl up on the sofa with your loved one and tune into the TV before retiring to the double bed in the bedroom. Just off from the lounge area, you have the beautifully appointed bathroom offering a deep-soaking bath tub and a shower over, giving you a choice on return from a tiresome walk in the Lincolnshire countryside. You are in a superb location here in Wragby, close to the centre yet away from the hustle and bustle, with a pub nearby serving tasty food, should you fancy a night away from the cooker. You can spend a day exploring the wonders at Bardney Limewoods Nature Reserve, where you can stroll through ancient woodland and find a plethora of wildlife. Being close to the Lincolnshire Wolds, this is a haven for walkers and cyclists, while the historic market towns of Horncastle, Market Rasen, Louth and Cof course the city of Lincoln, will delight any guest. For a great day out take a trip to Cadwell Park Race Circuit, about 8 miles away, which is popular for the races. The Attic House is a charming retreat for you and your loved one.

Wragby is a small town surrounded by Lincolnshire countryside, boasting three local pubs, a fish shop, a café, and a restaurant, with a regular bus service linking it to Horncastle and the coastal town of Skegness. Visit the nearby Chambers Farm Wood in the Bardney Limewoods National Nature Reserve, or take a trip to the city of Lincoln and marvel at its impressive cathedral.
