The property's location is highly praised for its quietness and proximity to Lincoln, with beautiful countryside views and walking paths. However, some guests note the rural access road's condition and the property's distance from shops.

Guests find the cottage cosy and comfortable, with a warm atmosphere and good heating. Comfortable beds and a well-sized en-suite are noted, although a few guests mention the sofa being low and less comfortable.

Property very clean, warm and comfortable. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay but were grateful that the flat above wasn’t occupied while we were there. Reading the guest book comments - it’s obviously not very well sound proofed. Might be worth checking before you book if you think it may bother you.
