As the evening draws to a close, look forward to a warming soak in the bath before retiring to one of the three well-presented bedrooms, consisting a king-size double bedroom, a standard double and a single bedroom, offering a flexible sleeping arrangement. Step outside to spend a moment or two in the garden, where you will be able to stretch your legs upon the lawn area before enjoying alfresco dining within the patio area with a BBQ for cooking up some summer treats. The superb location of the cottage means that you are a mere stone’s throw to the local pubs and shops, perfect for picking up any treats and essentials. This location is recognised as one of the Lincoln Cliff Villages, with excellent views over the Trent Valley and some fantastic walking on the Viking way. For days out, venture further afield to the Lincolnshire Wolds AONB, where you will discover miles of rolling hills, woodland walks and a wealth of villages to enjoy a spot of lunch. Alternatively, spend an afternoon within city of Lincoln, which offers a number of historical landmarks to explore, including its castle and cathedral, with excellent shopping and dining opportunities to suit all. The Bomber Command Centre highlights the impact Lincolnshire had and still does to support the RAF, while RAF Waddington, Cranwell and Conningsby all have visitor centres to visit. Other events in Lincoln include a fantastic Christmas market, Steam Punk Festival and superb Lincolnshire Show Ground with many events throughout the year. Coldon House is a wonderful getaway to this area of Lincolnshire.

Waddington is a small village resting within close reach to the Cathedral city of Lincoln.
