    Mr Bradley, October 2017
" Really comfortable cottage. Highly recommended. "
    Mr Beadle
"Excellent accommodation - one of the best we have stayed in."
    Mrs Pink
"The cottage was excellent. very comfortable and well equipped.Lovely location Spilsby about 3 miles away has plenty of shops and a market on mondays"
    Mr Goodwin
"Very enjoyable and relaxing few days at Meadowsweet Barn. Fantastically decorated with a stunning kitchen and a high level of cleanliness. Nice to sit with a bottle of wine, left by the owners, in front of a log burner. Slight criticism would be the living room sofa's we're not very comfortable and would suggest different ones. However very happy with the accommodation and would stay again. Nice countryside for quiet walks and only 15 miles from the coast. Highly recommended and pet friendly."
    Miss Phillips
"The wood store was very handy - we love an open fire burning!"
    Mr Shaw
"Very quiet area, not much street lighting so bring a good torch. Sainsbury's at Spilsby is only a 10-15 minute drive away and has almost everything you might want. There isn't a local shop nearer. Not too many dogs in the village but a few bark and run to the fences when you walk past. Rare to see anyone walking out once it's dark (November). If you want quiet, away from town and city life and a secure garden for your dog, this is ideal. Would recommend."
    Mr Rowbottom
"We will be rebooking, however we found that the lounge seating arrangements were not that comfy, the dvd player was not working and neither was the downstairs shower."
    Mrs Dixon
"Like other reviewers have said the photos do not do this lovely cottage justice particularly the outside photos. The Aga keeps the kitchen beautifully warm. The downstairs shower was out of order while we were there. Getting in and out is made a little difficult by cars lining the road opposite the entrance - care is needed as this road is a country road but traffic travels along it at some speed. The garden is lovely when the weather is good. Not overlooked but right by the country road, however no noise can be heard from the bedroom at all. The staircase is spiral so may be difficult for some people. Wi-Fi only works in the lounge."
    Mrs Anderson
"Had a fabulous time barn was clean welcoming everything was high end would stay there again and would recommend it 10/10"
    Miss Green,
"An absolutely stunning property, it was a home from home and we didn't want for anything. Normally after a week away you are ready for home, but not here, we didn't want to leave."
    Mrs Reid, Suffolk
"High quality accommodation in a lovely location."
    Mrs Hill,
"The location was excellent and the accommodation was well presented, would recommend. An enjoyable holiday all round."
Mr Jeffrey Childs, Abertillery, Blaenau Gwent
"The level and quality of the property and furnishings was to a very high standard. This is an ideal property for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city, the only noise you hear is the birds singing. I can thoroughly recommend this property."
    Jeffrey C
"This property is beautifully presented with high quality fittings and furnishings with everything supplied for a relaxing break. It is one of the best cottages/barns I have stayed in booked via cottages, the photographs do not do the property justice. The property was spotless throughout on arrival and the owner was keen to ensure our stay was a positive experience."
    Mr Paul Eaglestone, Kidlington, Oxfordshire
"The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in and the showers were excellent. A most peaceful location with lovely walks."
    Mr Peter Siddon, Nuneaton, Warwicks
"The property is fitted out to a very high standard and ideal for 2 people. In a lovely location."
    Mr Jack Barrasford, Dunblane, Stirlingshire
"We were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of this cottage. The furnishings were up to a standard that you would put in your own property. The village and surrounding area was beautiful and the local people genuinely friendly. It was a very comfortable place to stay and the garden was a delight to sit in."
    Mr Mark Ewels, Lowestoft, Suffolk
"In a good location with lots of good country walks. The property was spotlessly clean, excellently furnished and lovely and warm."
    Mrs Angela Brown, London,
"What a find. This cottage was absolutely perfect; in a lovely village and a lovely barn conversation, done to the highest specification. If I could have described what I was looking for in both a home and a holiday place this would be it. we cannot recommend this highly enough and guarantee nobody will be disappointed."
    Mr Les Mccormick, Cromer, Norfolk
"Meadowsweet Barn is to a high specification and very well done. Lovely area to explore, plenty to see and do."
    Mrs Sam Hukins, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire
"Meadowsweet Barn is an immaculately presented and well resourced accommodation. Everything was of a very high quality and standard. The AGA and the log burner were wonderful and made for a fantastic stay. A quiet location within easy reach of the historic Lincolnshire towns and the coast. A real pleasure to hear the owls at night, all in all a peaceful and relaxing break in a beautiful house."
Mr Melvyn Holmes, Wakefield, West Yorkshire
"The property was excellent. The owners were perfect. Highly recommended."
    Mrs Val Darwent, Clitheroe, Lancashire
"Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation in very pleasant surroundings."
    Mr Alan Sutherland, Grays, Essex
"The whole area was isolated and so quiet and beautiful, just what we were after. The Barn was immaculate and so much more than the pictures and description could ever show, we would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"A lovely quiet area and setting and a beautifully maintained property."
