"We had a warm welcome by Jan the owner. Very nice and lovely lady. Everything was supplied and a few little extras. Handy for area but secluded enough for a peaceful break."

" She had not been told by you that we had booked. After ages of waiting for confirmation that we had a actually paid for the accomodation she was satisfied we had paid. We had to clean the property as the people she employs had not. The owner was very distressed. I had a call from you to ask if we were in the property later on in the day. Not happy at all. "

"All in all very good would certainly consider returning to this property.Could not fault it."
    Mr Le Brocq ‐ 1 Jul 2018
"What a wonderful mansion... more than just a cottage! thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very amenable & generous hosts. Nothing too much trouble. Lots of space for up to 8 guests - plenty of room for each member of the party to do their own thing, if needed. A little bit 'out in the sticks', but suited us fine with friendly pub nearby - we went to their quiz evening. Supermarkets only 5 miles away, with market towns to the east and the west. A great week of celebration with all the family."

"The house was as well appointed and most of all, was blissfully quiet. It's an deal location for exploring the surrounding area. Although just a few hundred metres from the Lincoln/Skegness road any traffic noise couldn't be detected. Jan and Bernie, our very accommodating hosts, were at hand to resolve any queries and were very entertaining company. The gardens are extensive and children would love the space to explore and play."
