The ground floor offers some breathtaking facilities with a sauna and hot tub suite, well-equipped gym room and a cinema room with full Sky TV package.

You will never want to leave Park Hill.

The first floor offers fantastic bedrooms, brightly decorated with some en-suite facilities and a brilliant balcony, a large area with plenty of seating to sit out with a refreshing drink and take it all in.

The Park Hill property comes with two extra properties, a lodge and a cottage, with living facilities, giving the opportunity for even more friends to come and enjoy a holiday.

The brilliance of Park Hill doesn't stop at the inside, there comes excellently-kept lawn gardens and an incredible barbecue area with a fantastic thatched roof. We also supply the gas with the bbq too for your ease of use.

If you manage to get out of the house, Clitheroe is a fantastic town offering a good selection of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a castle with a maze and a museum to keep the children busy.

Clitheroe is the perfect base for a holiday, it offers all amenities from a shopping centre to individual shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The town has a castle with a maze and a museum. Visit the Edisford Sports Complex with its swimming pool and football pitch. There is the Brungerley Bridge and Waddow Hall is worth a visit. As well as the Forest of Bowland, the town comes within driving distance of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale aonb, a perfect position for you walkers and cyclists.

We take photos/videos of the properties before guests arrive for the benefit of the guests due to arrive and also for the owner after the guests stay.

We kindly ask that you order any deliveries of shopping or anything relevant to your stay after the 5pm check-in time.
