This delightful cottage is an ideal base for a couple or family with plenty to see and do in the area. With character features throughout, including stone floors and exposed beams, this welcoming cottage has a lawned garden to the front and you access the sitting room directly from the front door. The welcoming sitting room has a homely appeal with a gas stove; this is a great place to curl up on the sofa in the evening after a fun-filled day out and about. The kitchen is well-equipped and comes with brick feature wall within which is a wine store. Guests are welcome to purchase the wine via an honesty box, so why not enjoy your favourite tipple in the garden as the sun sets on another wonderful day exploring the area? There’s also a dining area in the kitchen and completing the ground floor is a room where you can securely store your bikes. Up on the first floor are three bedrooms, including the master super king-size double. Wrea Green is a quaint village with a large village green, a shop, pub and tea room, with Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club close by, and further afield are Blackpool with something for everyone including the tower and Pleasure Beach theme park.
