The owners Claire and Cliff are fantastic host and nothing is to much for them they are really friendly and approachable. We had a fabulous pleasant and peaceful time at the cottage. Sitting there watching the birds feeding and the chickens roaming around would highly recommend the cottage to anyone that is looking for somewhere to relax and recharge your batteries. Will definitely be booking again in the future.

We only stayed for the weekend but if provided the perfect base for us. We only wished that we could have stayed an extra couple of days.

The cottage was warm and very comfortable, very clean, and had everything needed to make our stay complete. Our hosts could not have been more warm and welcoming, and the complimentary free range eggs were an added bonus, and delicious. As always the big question is, would we stay at Maltkiln cottage again ? The answer has to be yes, without hesitation.
