The lodge was very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. Our only slight complaint, however, is that there were a lot of slate steps up to it, which we found a little awkward, particularly when they were wet. We did at least have a handrail, but I noticed that some lodges did not. I feel this should be made clear on the website.

Mandy at Haybarn Inn was amazing so friendly anything you wanted she did.
