Fantastic kitchen, and lovely comfy sitting area. Staff onsite very friendly and helpful, will definitely be back! We also asked to stay an extra day due to a change in our dates for returning home and this was quickly accommodated and admin fee waived, many thanks

The cottage and site are lovely.

We had the joy of good weather and really appreciated being able to sit outside (both front and back of the cottage) for breakfast and then dinner. We were on the end cottage and so had the advantage of a larger back garden but there was so much space at the front where we could sit as well. Could easily go for a walk from the cottage but also the location meant you were close to everything you could want - lakes, climbs, walks, towns. Cottage was for 4 people but there was not much seating in the lounge to be honest, which we would have felt more if it had been a rainy week. Note: one of the windows wouldn't open and as it was so hot it was really needed but despite mentioning this and being assured someone would come no one did. Nice having the shop on site in case you need anything although it is very expensive.
