The cottage offers four bedrooms (including 1 double on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms and with two unique living rooms with wood burning stoves, there is plenty of space for the whole family to unwind.

Church Cottage is in a quiet location but still with easy access to the Lakeland attractions, perfect for those wanting to explore the Forest: either on foot or bike, with a great pub just a short stroll away.

The front door leads into the charming living room, complete with beams, woodburning stove, deep leather sofas and flatscreen TV with DVD. The door way leads to a light and airy open plan room combining a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob and microwave and a short flight of steps which lead down to the large conservatory lounge/ dining room with an additional woodburning stove and small flatscreen TV. This lovely room makes the most of the beautiful rural views and gives easy access to the patio and lawned garden beyond and we are sure will become a firm favourite with guests.

On the ground floor there is a pretty beamed double bedroom with en-suite shower room with wc and basin which is great for guests with limited mobility.

Upstairs there are 3 pretty bedrooms : one double and two single bedrooms and a family bathroom with bath (with hand held shower attachment) ,basin and wc.

There is a spacious utility room with access from the road or garden perfect for guests who have been out and about enjoying the Lakes! It has a washing machine, tumble drier and freezer and is perfect for securely storing bikes or muddy walking boots!

There is parking for 1 car directly infront of the cottage.

This cottage is heated by oil central heating and is perfect for family holidays throughout the year.
