The only downside is no access to a back garden for letting dogs out. Also the washing machine door did not close and requires attention! The settees are well worn and need replacing! Would recommend for a quiet stay and good walks from the door.

Unfortunately, due to the weather I'm sure, we had no WiFi for the first days, hardly had the TV working & when the electricity went off there was a nasty seepage into the bath (sewerage). Weather cannot be controlled so it's no fault of the owners.

There was plenty of room for two people, with lots of space to dry wet gear (important in November). Nearly everything we needed was supplied and when we asked for washing up sponges and a tea towel, these were provided right away. The owner helpfully let us store our bicycles in his garage, next door to the property. A perfect place for the two of us to escape the crowds. We barely drove whilst we were there, exploring the immediate area on foot and by bicycle every day.
