There is a contemporary feel to the room with stylish furniture and spotlights creating a lovely ambience throughout.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped, and complete with high gloss units. It makes a wonderful place to prepare those home cooked meals before resting at the dining table in the evening. Patio doors open up this wonderful living area onto a decked terrace looking out on the open grassy space. This lodge is unusual in having three good sized bedrooms, all with a beautiful modern neutral colour scheme with delightful finishing touches such as individual over bed reading lights. The king-size bedroom offers plenty of space, boasting a walk-in dressing area and an en-suite shower room, so you can get ready in style after a day on the lake. The double bedroom is equally relaxing with fitted mirrored double wardrobes. The spacious third bedroom has twin three foot beds, so completing generous sleeping accommodation in this property for up to six adults in comfort. The family bathroom with granite surfaced vanity shelving has an over bath shower with glass screen and a stylish chrome towel rail. Once you are ready for your day, why not head outside to make the most of this wonderful location, where you can rest on the terrace area and enjoy your favourite drinks on a sunny morning. For all your essentials the shop on the park is a minute away and the lively centre of Bowness is a five minute walk. Fallbarrow Park is a popular destination with lake front access and fantastic views across Lake Windermere. The park has its own marina for those adventurers who like to paddle their own canoe! On site there is a deli, restaurant, bar and children's play area. The villages of Bowness and Windermere are home to a range of nearby attractions, amenities, shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. The famous World of Beatrix Potter and the Old Laundry Theatre are five minutes’ walk away. The Windermere Steamers depart from Bowness, a great way to visit Ambleside or the Lakeland Motor Museum. Brockhole, which offers high wire tree top experiences, is less than two miles away, and the historic villages of Grasmere, Ambleside and Troutbeck are a short drive.
