Would definitely return and stay in a Patterdale lodge

Beds are very comfortable, living area was homely..the shower in the en suite wasn’t very powerful,quite poor..and leaked .. but apart from that,we have no other complaints

Patterdale Lodge was spotlessly clean and very spacious even with six of us staying. All three bedrooms had their own TVs and large wardrobes, which I was not expecting. The beds were very comfortable hence everyone slept well. Large modern spotless bathroom, which had a full size bath with a powerful shower over it. There was also an en-suite to the large master bedroom that had a shower, toilet etc. The kitchen was also large with everything you could possibly need to cook meals, make snacks, drinks etc. It also had a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. There were two large comfortable sofas in the open plan lounge and a big solid dining table and chairs for six people. There was another large rattan table and chairs outside on the decking area reached via the patio doors.I cannot recommend this lodge highly enough. All six of us (3couples) loved it and we had a really lovely time. We will definitely be staying again.
