This holiday lodge is perfect for families and friends who wish to enjoy time together in this beautiful part of the country, spending time on the park where younger ones will love the childrens play areas, older ones can play tennis or pool and with an array of water sports on the lake itself, what better place for a fun packed holiday. Take the four steps up onto the decked patio and step into your holiday home which is then all on the ground floor. The accommodation at this wonderful lodge offers an open plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with french doors leading out to the private decked patio. Three comfortable bedrooms include a double with en-suite shower room and 2 twin bedrooms plus a family bathroom. Pooley Bridge Holiday Park has excellent facilities all year round plus extra facilities during summer months. Bar and restaurant is open weekends from Easter to Whit then fully open every day until September. Weekends only during October. During the summer season entertainment is laid on with children's discos, live entertainment, licensed bar and beer garden, during the summer school holidays a children's club is operated and there is a restaurant with take away service available. All year round there is an onsite shop, tennis court, table tennis, pool tables, amusements, 2 childrens' play areas, pony trekking and mountain bike hire. For extra fun during the summer season there is entertainment with children's discos, live entertainment, a licensed bar and beer garden and during the summer school holidays the park runs a children's club and offers restaurant services too. Don't forget all the water sports available on the lake: sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, boat hire and fishing and with boat launching available you could bring your own boat if you so wish. With so much to see and do on the park you will be spoilt for choice and nearby you can discover traditional lakeside villages with pubs, cafes and shops or why not visit the spectacular Aira Force waterfall. This lovely Pooley Bridge lodge is perfect for a family holiday all year round.

Pooley Bridge is only 1 mile away with a traditional village inn, cafe and shops. The surrounding area is home to numerous quaint Lakeland villages scattered along the shores of Lake Ullswater and Aira Force is a dramatic waterfall cascading into the lake below. Sharrow Bay Hotel is only a short drive away for the ultimate in dining and is renowned the world over or a trip over Kirkstone Pass brings you into Ambleside where there is an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants. The historic market town of Penrith is within 5 miles and has numerous shops, a heated indoor swimming pool, golf course and driving range.
